What is an Alchemyst Program?

Income Share Agreement (ISA) FAQs

ISA stands for Income Share Agreement. When you agree to ISA, it means that you share a part of your income for the program fee. You pay the program fee once you are placed as a result you have gained skills from our Alchemyst Program.

You enter into ISA once you are placed with an earning of at least 5 LPA or with a hike of 25%, from then you will pay the tuition fee in monthly installments of Rs.10,000 for 12 months. ISA is a mutual contract that will ensure that all parties involved in the contract follow all the terms and conditions. The agreement will have all information, terms and conditions related to the training program, placement terms and income sharing for the tuition fee. This agreement(ISA) will be signed by you, Skill Safari and your confirming party(guardian).

Yes, there is a registration fee of INR 15,000 (+18% GST). When you clear your eligibility test and interview. You have to pay this amount at the end of the application process. This registration fee is refundable and helps us ensure that only committed students join our program.

Yes, as you go with our application process, you will be counseled on various aspects of the program and ISA and a copy of the same will available to you at the end.

Yes, it is inclusive of all taxes.

As per the ISA, you will be legally bound to provide all the documents relevant to your income such as Salary Slips, Offer Letter, Income Tax Returns, Bank Statements etc. (whichever is required and might differ based on individuals)

Yes. You will have to pay them. Our value that we promise to deliver is to train you completely and help you acquire a complete skill-set required for a professional. And once you acquire them, we promise you to get placed in a company(with min. of 5 LPA). We will not force you to join any particular company, the company you join is based on yours’ and the company’s mutual choice. After which you would be applying your acquired skill sets to grow inside the company and career. However, if you get fired or get terminated, being Skill Safari’s alumni, we will try to connect you with our hiring partners for other jobs.

Yes. You will have to keep paying. We will not force you to join any particular company/job. Change in company/job is your exclusive decision and Skill Safari will not interfere. The company/job you join is based on yours’ and the company’s mutual choice.

As mentioned, we want career committed students for our Alchemyst Program. But, we do understand a few circumstances would not come in our favor, which might force you to drop in the middle of the Alchemyst Program. We want to still set a comfortable exit plan for our candidates, thus we have a drop out policy. These also would be mentioned in the ISA. There will be a hassle-free drop out within 1 month into the Alchemy Program, where your ISA will be canceled out and it will stand void. After 1 month, if you drop out, then there would be drop-out charges depending on the time you drop out at.

We provide flexible EMI options: i. 12 months - INR 10000 per month ii. 8 months - 5% discount, Instalment will be calculated on the discounted left out tuition fee. iii. 6 months - 10% discount, Instalment will be calculated on the discounted left out tuition fee.

Yes, In this case, you would not enter ISA. You will have the option to pay in full, directly to Skill Safari at a 20% discount.

If your payment installments are happening through Skill Safari assigned NBFC, missing or delay in EMIs will affect your CIBIL score negatively which might affect you to seek future loans. However, the NBFC assigned to you might also take legal recourse to get back the loan amount. As a Skill Safari alumnus, this would be hard for us but still, it would push us to execute your ISA breach recovery cheques and take legal actions if your EMI payment gets delayed by more than 30 days.
